The Jean Davis Academy

The Jean Davis Academy was established in 2004 by its Principal Teacher Jean Marie Davis TCRG. As a school, we strive to maintain the Irish culture in and around the Birmingham area and nurture in each student, a love for Irish Dance.

Lessons are based in the Longbridge, Rednal and Aston areas and we teach from the age of four, from beginners all the way to World Championship level. If you wish to enquire about classes please see our classes page which should answer all you questions regarding where, when, and regulations on our classes.

JDA also produce their own dance shows, which are regularly requested to perform at events such as festivals, weddings and celebrations, even the Lord Mayor’s breakfast and banquets. During the St. Patricks day period, JDA are always in extremely high demand to perform.

We train all our students to give an outstanding performance and all of our students get a chance to perform. If you wish to hire JDA for an event please contact Joe via the contact page. He will answer your queries and will do everything possible to accommodate your needs.
